Pre-Engineered Buildings

Re-Roof

Interior Liner Panels, Banded Insulation Systems, & Soffit Panels
A banded insulation System can be used for roof and wall applications. For roofs, faced fiberglass is installed parallel and between the purlins. Unfaced insulation is installed perpendicular and over the top of the purlins. For walls, when a higher R-value is desired, unfaced fiberglass can be installed perpendicular to the girts and faced fiberglass parallel to the girts. The system is supported with metal banding attached with TEK screws.

Constructed with industry grade aluminum, curbs can be made to match any roof slope and fit any rooftop equipment. All welded construction and integral or separate conforming notches assure a watertight seal.

Conventional Steel
GSMW can furnish and erect standard mill steel components like joist girders, bar joists, deck, and stud walls. We provide hybrid building solutions combining conventional components with PEMB structures and metal roofs/walls. For complex projects with tall eave heights or heavy equipment, GSMW serves as a conventional building provider and erector.
